The company is the leader of “in application” ad enablement of mobile phone applications as well as providing ad network aggregation services to deliver mobile advertising to its network of mobile applications and was founded in 2005 by an experienced International management team headquartered in San Francisco, CA and maintains its development center in Hamburg, Germany with it’s Asian HQ located in Singapore.
We are looking for several highly motivated sales personnel to sign on mobile application developers/publishers in the respective identified market who are interested in monetizing their applications and mobile website with advertising. Candidate must have experience in the area of digital ad sales, software sales and an understanding of mobile advertising is a must. He will be located in the given market and be able to work remotely and independently.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify and successfully sign on mobile application developers and mobile publishers in the assigned market
- Ability to understand technical details and sell a technical solution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially in local country languages
- Strong attention to details with follow up abilities and ability to work independently under minimum supervision
- Comfortable cold calling and developing a relationship over the phone and email
- Generate leads by representing company at tradeshows and developer events
- Ability to prioritize accounts and multi-task effectively to meet deadlines and quotas
- Act as liaison between Operations and Development team to help developer roll out ad enabled applications
- Work closely with Operations and Technical teams
- Provide weekly sales status reports and maintain effective communications with management
- Ability to travel on short notice in the given territories
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 – 4 years of digital advertising sales or ad network sales experiences
- Experience and understanding of mobile developers’ activities and forum is a plus
- Demonstrated track record of working successfully in a sales environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage multiple relationships across organizations
- Proactive versus reactive thinker that maintains a positive attitude and can come up with practical solutions
- Self motivated and able to work independently as well as be a team player
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Extremely organized but flexible and highly motivated
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills
- Fluent in English and knowledge of 1 additional Asian language preferred
- Preferences for locals or those who are eligible and are already working in the respective assigned territories mentioned above
