iPhone Application/SDK Developer

Job Location: Hamburg, Germany

Smaato is the leader of “in application” ad enablement of mobile phone applications as well as providing ad network aggregation services to deliver mobile advertising to its network of mobile application developer/publishers. The company is looking for an iPhone developer who will be responsible for the coding and development of mobile applications and owning an SDK for iPhone advertising. The ideal candidate would be very experienced in iPhone development, extremely self-directed, and have an enthusiasm for creating innovative mobile applications.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with iPhone 2.x, 3.x and 4.x SDK development, Objective-C, with a portfolio of completed applications. Proven expertise with design, implementation, installation, configuration of iPhone apps
  • Overall 5+ year\’s development experience with object-oriented programming and will have worked with at least two OO languages over the last 5 years, one of which must be Objective-C
  • Experience consuming web-based APIs
  • Able to implement iPhone SDK features including:

    GPS / location
    Push notification
    SQl Lite / File System
    Video & Audio
    Touch & Views
    XML / RSS

  • BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field
  • Experienced with uploading and provisioning the application on Apple Online Store
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
