For the update to the new version 2.1 of Smaato Cost you have to download and install two software packages: Smaato Cost and the SOMA™-Launcher. SOMA-Launcher is the mobile ad program that delivers and syncs the sponsored messages within the Smaato Cost application.

It is not important in which order you install the programs, but without SOMA Launcher present Smaato Cost will not run. Both apps are available as .cab file for Windows Mobile and as .prc files for Palm devices.

If you choose the .exe files (Desktop Installation for Windows Mobile) both software applications are downloaded at the same time and you don’t need to download SOMA again.
