Smaato is apioneering mobile advertising company and a leader in ad network mediation with over 35 Ad Sales network partners globally to service mobile publishers who have signed up with Smaato. Smaato provides mobile advertising technology and services for mobile developers and mobile web content owners and currently delivers mobile advertising in over 200 countries.

We are looking for a Client Services Coordinator who will work closely with the US Sales and Strategic Alliances team as well as with the Client Services team in Germany to provide customer support to our mobile publishers. Support will range from the onboarding of customer as well as on an ongoing basis to ensure optimization of advertising campaigns for the publisher. The position is full time permanent and the location is Redwood Shores, CA (USA).

Responsibilities:

• In coordination with Sales, serve as the account management point of contact to US based publishers
• Identify client’s technical requirements and communicate this internally to the Senior Manager Client Services and technical team in Germany
• Evaluate issues and prioritize importance and urgency
• Perform research regarding account issues or inquiries and responds to the client with answers and follow up
• Coordinate with Client Services and AdOps teams to better optimize publisher inventory

Qualifications:

• BA or BS degree from accredited 4 year university
• 1-2 years interactive advertising experience, ideally in an Ad Network
• Demonstrated experience in customer service or account management
• Accuracy and attention to detail in communication of technical details
• Team player with ability to work under pressure with flexibility
• ‘Can do’ attitude who is interested in taking on new challenges and responsibilities
• Strong communication skills over the phone and email
• Strong knowledge in MS-Office (especially Excel) and a comfortable working with numbers
